Iguana Surf School and Surf Shop

Iguana Expeditions and Surf School conducts surf lessons in the best surf beaches of Costa Rica. Playa Guiones is a perfect platform for surfers of all skills including newbies and beginners. During their stay, students will visit various other surf breaks such as Playa Grande, Tamarindo, Langosta, Avellanas, Negra, Junquillal, Lagarto, Azul, San Juanillo, Ostional, Nosara, Pelada, Guiones, Garza, Barrigona, Buena Vista, Samara and Carrillo. These surf trips offer up a wide variety of breaks and students make faster progress. Also, the trips are super fun as they enable guests to do plenty of sightseeing, exploration and new activities. Students are provided with surfboards and other equipment during the lessons. Private, semi private and group lessons are available.

Accommodations

The guests are accommodated in The Gilded Iguana Hotel and Beach Resort, a beautiful lodging in Playa Guiones. It has 12 beautifully furnished units for the guests. The hotel boasts various enjoyable features such as a large swimming pool with a waterfall, poolside gazebo bar, shaded hammocks strung between the trees, bocce ball court, outdoor showers, lighted walking paths, a polished garden and parking area.
