Savegre’s natural landscape is a great base for indulging in a plethora of nature based activities. There are exciting bird watching tours, which can be undertaken with the help of an expert naturalist along with an action-packed cloud forest night tour, where guides will help you navigate the forest paths and view some of rarest creatures such as the Mottled Owl, the Unspotted Swa-whet Owl and the Bare-shanked Screech Owl. Hiking atop the Buena Vosta Mountain for sweeping views of the Central Cordillera volcanoes and horseback riding along a scenic rainforest trail are other much enjoyed guest activities. Trips to the Paroma In Los Quetzales National Park (that is spread over 5000 hectares and 14 staggering eco-systems) for guests to enjoy the scenic vistas of the Talamnaca Cordillera and the Central Volcanic Cordillera volcanoes and an enriching waterfall tour which takes visitors through a lush trail that finishes at the postcard perfect Savegre River Waterfalls.
