Bodywork and Healing Retreat:

This package includes six night stay, airport transportation, private counseling, 5 customized bodywork treatments, daily juice and yoga class each morning. Director of Spa and Yoga programming at Living hotel, Heather Lundy will provide individualized energy work, aesthetic treatments, massage and bodywork.

Yoga Cleanse Retreat:

It is a five day retreat that includes a six night stay, a daily liver cleanse, airport transportation service, 3 daily juices, 5 private yoga classes, raw lunches, 6 group classes and a Stone medicine treatment at Living spa. Manager of Yoga program, Vanessa will give personal guidance.

Surf and Yoga Package:

This package includes 6 night stay, 5 private surf sessions, 5 yoga classes, unlimited board use, airport shuttle to and from Liberia airport. You will also enjoy a 60 minute massage to get you in the water feeling stoked.

Surf Package:

This package includes one week of unlimited board rental time, 5 private surf coaching sessions, a tranquil SUP tour on the Nosara River, 6 nights stay, shuttle service to and from Liberia airport.

Package for 2:

You can enjoy this package with a friend. It includes a six-night stay, 2 spa services of your choice, private taxi service to and from Liberia Airport, a horseback ride on the beach for two and also six daily yoga classes for each of you.
