L’Acqua Viva Resort and Spa\u00a0is a\u00a04-star hotel by international standards and according to the Costa Rica Tourism Board (ICT). This hotel is situated in the heart of Costa Rica’s\u00a0Guanaguaste province, in the small coastal town of Playa Guiones (paradise for nature lovers as well as for the surfers and the beach activity lovers), which borders the extraordinary Nosara Coastal Forest Preserve & Wildlife refuge. \"rooms-lacquaviva-nosara\"<\/a>L\u2019acqua Viva Resort & Spa offers 16 Standard rooms which are set at one end of the complex\u00a0in a three-level building. These are nestled opposite the road linking Nosara with Nicoya. From this rooms you can enjoy the stunning internal garden view. Among these 16 standard rooms, five rooms include two\u00a0queen beds and in other 11 rooms you will find king size bed. Special need people such as those who have to use walkers or crutches, wheelchairs, they will find three of the standard rooms ideal (two on the first level and the third one is set on the building’s second level). \u00a0Each of the Standard rooms are featured with air conditioning, TV with cable connection, hot water, safe, hair dryer, coffeemaker, desk and reading lamps and also a luggage racks.<\/p>\n

Suites:<\/h4>\n

There are ten individual suites in two sectors of the property. From the suites you can enjoy stunning garden view and the amazing view of the area of the central palapa. These suite are constructed in a bungalow style which are surrounded by gardens and trees and set close to the nature. These suites are ideal for a couple with two kids. On the first floor you will find the living room including\u00a0two sofa beds which can be used as big sofas during day and at night can be used as comfortable beds for teens or kids.\u00a0You will find the master bedroom on the second floor and there is a shower in the\u00a0form of a spiral. These suites have large balconies from where you can enjoy beautiful garden view. In all the suites you will have hot water facility, air conditioning, TV with cable connection, safe, hair dryer, luggage racks, desk and reading lams.<\/p>\n

Junior Villas:<\/h4>\n

In this hotel you will find two Junior villas and each of those with a 157 square meters area. There is a living room, dining room and kitchen fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and all other things you need in your kitchen. In the master bedroom you will get a desk, king size bed, chairs and a large and furnished balcony to enjoy the amazing garden view as well as the swimming pool area view. Families with kids will find these villas perfect and these include air conditioning, safe, hot water facility, hair dryer, cable TV, luggage racks, coffeemaker and also reading lamps.<\/p>\n

Presidential Villa:<\/h4>\n

Located close to the pool area and surrounded by the community private forest reserve, this villa has a\u00a0otal area of 229 square meters. There is a living room and a TV room on the first floor and both of these rooms are decorated with specially designed chairs and comfortable sofa beds. This villa also has a kitchen and dining area. On the second floor you will find the master bedrooms with closet and private bathroom, desk, king size bed and balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning view\u00a0of the resort complex, including gardens, pools and the common areas. This villa also equipped with\u00a0desk and reading lamps, air-conditioning, cable TV with national and international channels, hot water facilities, hair dryer, safe, coffeemaker and luggage racks.<\/p>\n

Pools:<\/h3>\n

\"pool-lacquaviva-nosara\"<\/a>There are three large swimming pools and among those one is designed for the adult guests and the other two for the kids and one of those has a Jacuzzi that works at an ambient temperature. Those pools are set in the central area of the hotel and has fully functional deck where you can enjoy sunbath or spend some relaxed time with your favorite book or just simply take rest.<\/p>\n

Restaurant:<\/h3>\n

This restaurant offers complimentary continental breakfast with your reservation and by giving additional payment you can get\u00a0la carte menu that allows you to supplement or modify your breakfast as your wish. From\u00a07:00 to 10:00 a.m. you will have the breakfast but if you want to have it earlier, you should inform before. Here you can enjoy lunch and exquisite dinner.<\/p>\n

The Bar:<\/h3>\n

If you want to enjoy National and International flavor wines and liquors, you can visit the sports bar and there you can also enjoy different types of cocktails.<\/p>\n
