La Colina Lodge is a pleasant, low-key hotel is located\u00a0slightly removed from Santa Elena that makes this lodge\u00a0quiet and tranquil.\u00a0Monteverde is considered as one of the eco-tourism hotspots of Costa Rica and as this lodge is set near the edge of the\u00a0Monteverde Cloud Forest, guest will get the opportunity to enjoy\u00a0many types of adventure activities including zip lining, butterfly farms, aerial trams, hiking through the lush forests as well as spot different species of birds, a cheese factory and more. While staying at this lodge, you will enjoy homely like environment and with a short walk can reach some restaurants, cafes and art galleries.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"La-Colina-lodge-studio\"<\/a>You will find 2 types of rooms in La Colina Lodge, some with private bath and some with shared bath and you can chose anyone you like. You will enjoy hot water facility in all the bathrooms of this lodge. Though the rooms are simple but you will feel complete comfort there. All the rooms are clean and featured with\u00a0 single beds, double beds and bunk beds and are capable of\u00a0sleeping 2\u20134 people. Walls of the rooms are painted with bright color and floors are wooden which will give you a pleasant feel. Some of the rooms also have balcony where you can spend relaxing time and enjoy the beautiful surrounding area. In this lodge you will also enjoy free WiFi connection. There is a common area on the lower\u00a0level of the lodge where you will find a lounge area with cable tv and a large area for eating, hanging out etc.<\/p>\n

Food:<\/h3>\n

During breakfast you can enjoy organic coffee. You will find\u00a0Latin fusion cuisine and some of the tastiest soups in hotel\u2019s cafe.\u00a0Breakfast is included with all room rentals except for the bunks. Here you can enjoy delicious vegetable dishes that are prepared with\u00a0fresh and local vegetables and you will also find yummy\u00a0bread, yogurt and coffee. At the lunch time the cafe offered\u00a0a selection of gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups and appetizers, including locally made cheese and hummus.<\/p>\n

While staying at this lodge you will find the Friday night is very special and you will enjoy Thai food alongside live music. On Tuesday you can enjoy\u00a0movie night accompanied by a delicious dinner.<\/p>\n

Other facility:<\/h3>\n

If you are a yoga lover and want to practice yoga in this lodge, you can join the\u00a0yoga class that range from\u00a0power yoga to candlelight sessions in the evening. There is a\u00a0spacious yoga studio where you can practice yoga as well as\u00a0 overlooks the surrounding forest and this space is open to yoga teachers and others wishing to lead retreats.\u00a0La Colina Lodge<\/a> also\u00a0offers strength training classes several days a week.<\/p>\n
