The surf school was founded in the year of 2004 by three passionate surfers, Andrea Diaz, Gilbert Brown, and Nino Myrie, often referred to as \u201cThe Costa Rican Surfing All-Stars\u201d. The veteran surfers have won various competitions and in 2004, they attracted the attention of Roxy & Quiksilver. With the help of Roxy & Quiksilver and pure determination, they made their dream come true in the form of a great surf camp. Waves Costa Rica Surf School and Adventures is the very first Roxy and Quicksilver authenticated surf school in the country. Every year they introduce surfing to hundreds of people and help them achieve their goals. The surf camp is rather affordable featuring different \"Waveskinds of packages, nice accommodations and a cordial staff. Waves Costa Rica Surf School and Adventures is a family oriented surf camp where people can spend a wonderful time with their loved ones. The camp has a five or a seven day package filled with a variety of activities, surf lessons, lodging and so many more amenities. The package includes transport service, accommodation in Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas, complimentary breakfast and dinner in several restaurants in the town, daily surf lessons and guide with a professional surf instructor, photography session, local tours of Tamarindo, activities such as yoga, SUP, hikes, beach tours, mountain biking, canopy tours, sunset sails and Eco walks. For a full excursion, you will need a seven day package which involves volcano and hot springs tours and surf trips to Ollie’s Point and Witch’s Rock as well.<\/p>\n
