Wendy’s Yoga Journey<\/h3>\n

Wendy became an active Yogi in\u00a0spring of 1995. At the beginning of her Yoga journey, she was a Bikram Yoga student. She followed this particular discipline\u00a0for several\u00a0years. She began to discover the sacred world of different yoga styles after moving to\u00a0San Diego in 1998. Then she\u00a0actively started looking for ways to keep\u00a0her passion for yoga\u00a0burning brightly. During this time she focused on learning \u00a0pranayama & meditation.\u00a0At the same time she feels the transition within herself,\u00a0not only physically but mentally and spiritually. She enrolled for\u00a0a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified program to learn more about\u00a0Power Vinyasa Yoga.<\/p>\n

Her passion for yoga\u00a0is evident in her classes where her students experience a physical challenge cultivating new space in the body and mind.\u00a0Yoga\u00a0has been a\u00a0passion\u00a0and life-altering experience for\u00a0her. She loves to see\u00a0her students grow in life, develop greater self-confidence and become healthier.<\/p>\n

Becoming a Teacher<\/h3>\n

\"yoga-at-Boca-Sombrero\"<\/a>She has been on\u00a0her\u00a0own\u00a0yoga\u00a0journey for the past 6 years, learning\u00a0from other\u00a0incredible teacher\u2019s and to live the life of a \u201cyogi.\u201d She has developed her unique teaching method while exploring and experimenting with different styles of\u00a0yoga. She is the manager of International Yoga Pavilions. She has been teaching yoga around the globe including\u00a0San Diego, Guam, Thailand, Morocco, Nicaragua, and now Costa Rica.<\/p>\n

You will be practicing vinyasa yoga every morning.
