Rancho Burica is a magical and beautiful place, just beyond Punta Banco,\u00a0,is a perfect jungle hideaway in Southern Costa Rica.\u00a0This beach front property has everything if you’re into nature, wildlife, yoga, good food, ride horse, discover waterfalls, beach pools or all kind of animals, soaking\u00a0and surfing without crowds. If you want to do nothing, you\u00a0will definitely enjoy and won’t want to leave the place. While staying at the Rancho Burica, you will be\u00a0in the middle of the jungle with a clean point break right in front of your door. You wake up in paradise, take a cup of fresh coffee and go surfing where the pelikans fly over your head and turtles pop up their heads. This place will give you a memorable experience.<\/p>\n

A very enthusiastic Dutch couple, Jord and Femke is managing Rancho Burica. Both of them are friendly host. They will make you feel at home and will organize\u00a0day-trips for you and will show you around. On the site you will find at least one of the\u00a021 surfing Dutch friends, who’ve owned the Rancho since 1998,\u00a0either in the capacity of manager or vacationing.<\/p>\n

Surroundings:<\/h3>\n

The total area of the property is\u00a0has an extreme high biodiversity and stunning views from the beach\u2019s deck or from the \u2018mirador\u2019 up on the hill. You will find different species of animals including\u00a0squirrel monkeys,\u00a0hummingbirds,\u00a0iguanas,\u00a0howler monkeys,\u00a0toucans, scarlet macaws,\u00a0a variety of snakes, and sloths. In the garden there is a\u00a0refreshing waterfall and also\u00a0numerous waterfalls along the jungle\/beach edge. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking rest on a hammock under the palm trees or can rent a\u00a0bicycles for exploring and discovering the beauty of the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Accommodation:<\/h3>\n

\"Rancho-Burica-Accommodation\"<\/a>The Boat House:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This beach accommodation has two floors-upper floor provides\u00a0one king-sized bed and one double bed and the ground level includes bathroom with hot water shower facility. If you stay at the boat house, you will be able to enjoy a magnificent ocean view, peacefully in a hammock or a rocking chair, from the deck above the garden.<\/p>\n

Casa Jardinero:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"birds-of-costa-rica\"<\/a>From the veranda of Casa Jardinero, you will be able to enjoy the ocean view, the beautiful surroundings of the garden and also its wildlife. This casa is located in the middle of the beautiful garden of the property and it includes queen sized bed and a private bathroom with warm water facility.<\/p>\n

The Jungle Lodge:<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are two units in this lodge among which the upstairs unit provides a double bed and one single bed and the downstairs unit provides 2 double beds and share the bathroom which is located on the ground floor. There is a\u00a0private deck with a hammock and rocking chairs. This jungle lodge is located on the edge of the\u00a0\u00a0breathtaking Rainforest and only 10 meters away from an idyllic waterfall with a swimming hole.<\/p>\n

Rancho:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Rancho is located in the large garden between the restaurant and Punta Banco beach. This is a traditional round Tico building,\u00a0a dorm housing up to 8 single beds with a shared bathroom.<\/p>\n

Casa Toffe Tico:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Casa Toffe Tico is a\u00a0high-end cabina provides king size bed, ensuite bathroom with warm water and separate toilet. There is an outside patio with outside table and benches. This casa also includes wireless internet connection facilities.<\/p>\n

Activities:<\/h3>\n

\"Rancho-Burica-Activities\"<\/a>While staying at Rancho Burica, you will be able to enjoy many types of activities including Yoga retreat, surf \u00a0camp, jungle tour, horseback riding<\/a>, fishing etc.<\/p>\n

Yoga Retreat:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are a yoga lover and want to go for a Yoga retreat<\/a> then it is a peaceful yoga center in the beautiful southern part of Costa Rica. If you just walk up from the Rancho Burica, you will reach the Yoga farm which is the perfect place to enjoy Yoga class as well as the beauty of Pacific ocean<\/p>\n

Surf Camp:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the surfers\u00a0Rancho Burica \u2013 Surf camp is a great place. In front of the garden the\u00a0reef-break waves are small and easy to surf for the beginners and sometimes the waves get bigger too. If you take a short walk along the beach you will find more waves. If you want to surf even more waves, Rancho Burica can arrange boat trip to\u00a0\u00a0Matapalo\u00a0and\u00a0Punta Burica and surf coaching for the beginners.<\/p>\n

Restaurant:<\/h3>\n

Rancho Burica restaurant set menu each day. Special meals such as vegetarian or kid\u2019s menus are also available. In your breakfast you will enjoy\u00a0variety of fresh fruits, bread, eggs, rice & beans and good coffee or tea and in dinner time there are\u00a0\u00a0fresh vegetables, rice, potatoes, fish or meat, and a good salad.<\/p>\n
