The Yoga farm is a sustainable living project for those people who want to reconnect their mind, body and want to be surrounded by breathtaking nature, to practice Yoga, hike the forest, eat healthy food, enjoy the beautiful beach and to breath lots of fresh air. This is a rustic yoga center, set amidst beautiful tropical Rainforest. This farm is open ideally seven months out of the year and invite all to stay at the farm\u00a0from a few days to a few months and enjoy the Pura Vida! This place is a\u00a0functioning community of diverse people – living, working, and playing in a beautiful corner of the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Location:<\/h3>\n

\"practitioner<\/a>The Yoga Farm is situated on the southernmost Pacific coast of the country. This area is rich in its biodiversity and home to a variety of wild animals.<\/p>\n

Healthy living:<\/h3>\n

While staying at the Yoga Farm, whether it is for a few days or a few months, you will enjoy three healthy vegetarian meals each day. Accommodation provided by the farm is simple and comfortable. And you will get the opportunity to enjoy\u00a0\u00a0yoga session per day six days a week and\u00a0\u00a0plenty of room to breathe. Fresh drinking water comes from\u00a0two delicious springs, and the air around the farm is as clean as anywhere on Earth.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

Sustainability:<\/h3>\n

\"Scarlet<\/a>Aim of this Yoga Farm is to reduce all of the bad effects on the planet as well as to create positive changes wherever possible. Now this farm is working hard to improve sustainable awareness. The total farm use solar energy for electricity, and for water needs there is an elaborate rain-water and spring-fed water system to store water. The Yoga Farm has a\u00a0small flock of chickens which gives a bountiful supply of eggs. There is an organic vegetable garden from where the fresh vegetables and fruits comes and if there is any lack of food the farm try to collect other foods as locally. The Yoga Farm has a horse called MoMo which helps to keep\u00a0\u00a0CO2 emissions low by carrying the supplies up to the farm.<\/p>\n

Accommodation:<\/h3>\n

\"People<\/a>Main house of the Yoga Farm is a large two story building with a great breeze and if you stay there you will enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from the open air. There is a wood-floored Yoga deck where you can practice. In its first floor you will find houses for guests, all the necessary amenities, communal space and a hot-stone sauna. Kitchen or Rancho of this house is set apart from the main house and there you will see how the meals are prepared and served in a large family style.<\/p>\n

There are two private cabinas which are available upon request and those private cabinas are set high above the rest of the property and\u00a0provide individuals or couples with a more personal environment. From those areas you will be able to enjoy more wildlife seen and the newest cabin is\u00a0in particular looks out upon a beautiful forested valley.<\/p>\n

Workshops:<\/h3>\n

The Yoga farm hosts workshops at the Farm and like to define the workshops as an affordable learning experience\u00a0\u00a0held in addition to daily activities at the farm. Anything from\u00a0yoga philosophy to birding to break-dancing, all are organized by the farm.\u00a0The workshops are not mandatory for all the guests but open for all and also for the volunteers at the farm during those dates.<\/p>\n
