Hacienda Guachipelin Hotel<\/p><\/div>Founded in 19th<\/sup> century and running for more than a century, Hacienda Guachipelin borders Las Pailas section of the Rincon de la Vieja National Park<\/a>. Established in 1985, it is located next to Vieja National Park in Guanacaste<\/a>, also paraphrased as ecotourism lodge for adventure and nature lovers. \u00a0Having huge piece of land, where parts of it are used for cultivating tropical dry forest, pastureland, planting of tree species. The land is not limited to greenery but also filled with adventurous activities which include horseback riding, canopy zip lines, river tubing, hiking, canyoning, natural volcanic hot springs and mud pools.<\/p>\n

Hacienda Guachipelin Hotel is a comfortable lodge serving needs of nature lovers and adventure\u00a0travelers.\u00a0Total capacity of rooms are 54 rooms: among them are different ranges, like 30 Standard, 22 Superior Rooms and two Suites. Spacious wide range verandas are built for sharing afternoon chats with companions. As dusk hovers, you experience listening to the amazing sounds of nature.<\/p>\n

A mixed blend of cuisine is also available. The La Hacienda Restaurant is famous for its incredible customer service and juicy typical Costa Rican flavor dishes international cuisine. Here in the restaurant are used wood ovens to essence the meals with distinctive flavor. Restaurant servers an amazing skyline view across ranch lands to the Guanacaste plains, the city of Liberia and out to the Pacific Coast.<\/p>\n

Hacienda Guachipelin Hotel<\/p><\/div>\n

By private vehicle: <\/b>Departing from San Jos\u00e9 or any place in Costa Rica, drive to Liberia on the Pan-American Highway. From main intersection on the Highway in Liberia (look for 3 gas stations and Burger King or McDonald\u2019s), drive 3 miles north toward the Nicaraguan border. Take a right at the entrance to Curubande \/ Rinc\u00f3n de la Vieja National Park \u2013 Las Pailas area. Drive straight 8.6 miles to the village of Curubande, from here drive another 1 mile and you arrive at the gate of Hacienda Guachipel\u00edn.<\/p>\n

From Liberia Airport: <\/b>Heading from Liberia, Costa Rica International Airport, go 20 miles east to arrive at the main Liberia intersection on the Pan-American Highway. Take a left towards the north Nicaraguan borders comes. Turn right at the entrance to Curubande, speed straight 14km to the village of Curubande, head another mile straight to reach your destination Hacienda Guachipelin.<\/p>\n

Public bus: <\/b>\u00a0Pulmitan bus line runs from San Jose to Liberia. It stations on Calle 14 between Avenida 1 and Avenida 3. It leaves almost every hour for Liberia between 8am and 6pm. The journey is of 4 hours roughly. If you want to be picked from Liberia by the hotel minivan service, please coordinate beforehand for your pickup arrangements. Once you arrive in Liberia by public bus, a minivan will be waiting for you to give a drop at Hacienda Guachipelin.<\/p>\n

By Air – Local Flights from San Jose: <\/b>There are two local airlines having scheduled flights to Liberia from San Jose they are Nature Air and Sana. The ETA is 45 minutes.<\/p>\n

By Air \u2013 International Flights: <\/b>For USA and Canada residents, there are many carriers that fly to Liberia Costa Rica International Airport like, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, Air Canada, US Airways, JetBlue Airways and LACSA\/TACA.<\/p>\n
