It overlooks the Gulf of Nicoya and the Pacific Ocean, with 270 degree views.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s located next to one of Costa Rica&#8217;s most popular waterfalls, Montezuma Falls, and it has a private path to get to the top of the falls, where there&#8217;s a rope swing, and the most adventurous tourists of Montezuma come here to jump into the very large and deep pool and admire the surrounding rainforest.<\/p>\n<p>Anamaya runs several yoga teacher trainings each year, usually four weeks long, and since opening in December of 2009, has become one of the world&#8217;s most popular yoga centers. All of its yoga teacher trainings sell out early.<\/p>\n<p>Between teacher trainings, a variety of week long retreats are held, with a variety of teachers from all over the planet travelling here to teach their favorite styles.<\/p>\n<p>Anamaya also offers <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zumba.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zumba<\/a> classes, aerial silk classes and retreats, and a variety of other types of programs. It offers organic food, with a menu specifically designed to be as healthy as possible, with a specific focus on &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.webmd.com\/diet\/features\/superfoods-everyone-needs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">superfoods<\/a>.&#8221; The restaurant is occasionally open the public. Call 2642-1289 and ask early in the day if you can sit in. There&#8217;s no menu, but the food is certain to be delicious.<\/p>\n<p>The resort&#8217;s salt-water <a href=\"https:\/\/anamaya.com\/infinity-pool\">infinity edge pool<\/a> is perhaps the most spectacular feature of Anamaya, and thousands of people have had their photo taken there.
