Cafe Liberia is situated in a declared cultural heritage of Costa Rica. It is one of the oldest houses in Liberia. The house Zuniga Clachar is 150 years old and it is classified as “EXCEPTIONAL HOUSE” in the architectural inventory of the. Its interior reflects\u00a0the taste of the nineteenth century. Now it is a good place for enjoying good food. This colonial-era building is beautifully restored. It is furnished with wooden furniture and its frescoed ceilings make the atmosphere more pleasant. While you are around, you can visit this great place for enjoying rich coffee and gourmet fare.<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Chef:<\/h3>\n

French chef Sebastian learned cooking in France at the “Le Chateau”\u00a0Professional Lyceum 25 years ago. He also learned Costa Rican cuisine with Latin food. He and his Tica wife Lijia work passionately for taking the staple foods to new levels.<\/p>\n

Caf\u00e9 Liberia offers a variety of dishes. You can enjoy homemade desserts, snack including sandwich, ceviche, kobe meat burgers and salads. They also offer main courses and a dish of the day. At this restaurant you will also find several vegetarian dishes. All the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredient.<\/p>\n

Caf\u00e9 Liberia offers a wide selection of 100% natural drinks which are prepared with fresh tropical fruits of Costa Rica. You can try the pineapple, orange, strawberry and watermelon juice. They also offer homemade combinations like rabbit mix prepared with carrot, orange and ginger. You can also make your own combination.<\/p>\n

At this cafe Costa Rican coffee from the Tarazu region is used. Those are\u00a0100% organic\u00a0coffee\u00a0is a medium\u00a0roast. You will find a wide variety of coffees including cold coffees and black coffee. They offer 12 different types of coffee to choose from.<\/p>\n
