For establishing\u00a0Clandestina Restaurant, they invited a trained chef, Chris Ericsen from Portland, Oregon who is also their long time friend. With lot of love, passion and blending of flavors, they made this place inside the Mariposario.<\/p>\n

Sitting on the jungle balcony enjoy some delicious daily changing street style taco specials. You can also try delectable chicken mole enchiladas. Vegetarians will love their\u00a0 chilles rellenos or lentil cakes. Seafood lovers can try fresh fried fish like sea catfish that is served in homemade corn tortillas. Alongside you can enjoy\u00a0a craft beer from Butterfly Brewing Co. They also offer other Latin specialties such as lomito (tender beef), jibarito carnitas (pork) and mole poblano.
