Located close to the crescent-shaped shores of Flamingo beach, Costa Rica, Angelina’s is a fine dining restaurant. It serves authentic and fresh food and its dishes are inspired by the northwest coastal Guanacaste region. This restaurant serves food since 2008. Their dishes represent locally sourced cuisine. It is open-air dining setting on the second floor of the Centro Commercial is a pleasant place to have your food. This restaurant is set within walking distance to many luxury villas and condos.<\/p>\n

\"catering\"Staff:<\/h3>\n

Angelina’s owner and executive chef\u00a0Joseph Mucaria began his culinary career when he was a teen. He started working at the popular Harbor Beach Resort in Northers Michigan with his family. He worked for nine seasons at the kitchen until become executive chef and he specializes in destination dining. Later he worked at resorts in Alaska and Florida. In 2005, he come back and opened El Jardin in Playa Brasilito, Costa Rica. Angelina was established in 2008 and the restaurant named after his beloved grandmother.<\/p>\n

Brother of Joseph,\u00a0Justin Mucaria, the head chef of the restaurant has classical training and he loves to use fresh tropical ingredients which he finds available nearby the kitchen. He went to work at the Andiamo’s Trattoria in Grosse Point, Michigan and later at Birmingham Athletic Club and developed his knowledge on northern Italian cuisine. Both brothers love to wake up early in the morning so that they can go for diving and find out the day’s catch. Staff of this restaurant are welcoming, gracious, warm and bilingual.<\/p>\n

If you are going to have a big event whether it is a large wedding or small parties, dinners in or around Playa Flamingo, you can ask for catering services. Artisan chefs of the Angelina will satisfy your appetite and delight your guests. If you want to enjoy an intimate dinner party, you can hire a private chef. This restaurant can also cater a grand event for over a hundred people. Angelina’s experienced professionally trained staff can help you for any type of celebration or event. Though its menu is Internationally inspired, all the dishes are prepared with highest quality food products which are collected locally.<\/p>\n
