In this restaurant you will enjoy local as well as International cuisine that are prepared with fresh ingredient and proteins such as beef, poultry, fish, pork and lamb come from farms. The seating arrangement of the restaurant is in the the open-air dining area as well as poolside. This hotel also has its own farm that is just down the road from the hotel. The restaurant can serve dishes for special diets and the menu is also kid friendly. Here your private parties, meetings and weddings can be arranged with a unique and esthetically pleasing ambience. From the Sunset Bar you can enjoy amazing sunsets. While staying at the hotel, you can enjoy natural beauty of the Pacific just outside your front door. This is the ideal place for enjoy water sport life surfing, fishing and also other activities. You can enjoy a guided hike or mountain bike ride to a scenic area waterfall. You can enjoy hiking adventure for three to four hours and it will cost $30 per person and the mountain bike trip will cost $60 per person, including bike and guide, and lasts from two to four hours. You can also play golf at either of two majestic courses only a short drive north from the hotel. You can visit various national parks like Rincon de la Vieja National Park and enjoy canopy tours, mud baths, a volcano, waterfalls and also explore the wildlife.
