Restaurant
Gingerbread Fine Restaurant is arguably one of the best restaurants in the town. It depicts a nice ambiance with an elegant set up perfect for all sorts of occasions. The restaurant features an international-fusion cuisine created fresh from only the best local ingredients by the head chef, Chef Eyal.
Every week, the restaurant displays a variety of “made to order” entrees that are changed daily depending upon the availability of hand selected fresh local meat. Fresh Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Sea Bass, Jumbo Shrimp, Calamari, and the occasional Octopus are sent to the Gingerbread Restaurant for preparations the day they are caught. They also have a wide range of homemade desserts including flavors like rich dark chocolate and fresh fruit concoctions.
There is a bar where vacationers can refresh themselves up with a chilled drink, relax in one of the lounging couches and watch TV. The bar features a great selection of national and imported beers, wines to compliment a meal and amazing collection of liquors.
Accommodations
The hotel offers five rooms for accommodations – each with a distinctive design theme. The rooms are spacious, airy with large windows and have private bathrooms, air conditioning, and satellite TV and wireless internet service. The rooms are painted in lovely colors that will make you think of star spangled skies, cloudy days and exquisite greenery. Unique artworks by local artist are hanging on the walls that are available for purchase. Each room is fronted by a private deck that opens to the parade of nature. The deck is appointed with wooden lounging chairs where guests can enjoy a glass of chilled beverage and fresh tropical breeze.
The Jungle Room
The Jungle Room is an embodiment of tropical nature and unaffected quaintness. Besides the facilities mentioned above, it features a queen size bed constructed with native wood and a painting of a toucan on the opposite wall. The walls of the room show whimsical scenery and a cascading waterfall. It sleeps up to 2 people.
The Butterfly Room
The Butterfly Rooms boasts artworks and murals of blue fluffy clouds and colorful mariposas fluttering about. There is a queen size bed and a twin bed. It can sleep up to 3 people.
The Cupid Room
Specially designed for couples, the Cupid Room is a honeymoon suite with tiny cupids flying through the skies of hearts and clouds. The room is ideal for couples who wish to rejuvenate the spark.
